Hi,
May I ask why the slides section at the top of my website always loads so slowly, even though I have compressed and lazy loaded the images in the slides?
Is there a way I can improve the loading speed?
Hello Sean,
We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. To ensure that the changes appear correctly on your site, please clear the server cache completely, disable the CDN, and clear the browser cache. We have disabled the slider lazy load, and the slides section at the top of your website should now load quickly.

We hope this helps.

Hello Tony,
Thank you for your help.
When I disabled the CDN, this issue seems not to appear. But when I enabled CDN, it seems happened again.
I’m using CDN to speed up my website, so is disabling the CDN the only way to avoid this issue?
Hello Sean,
One possible reason for the issue could be that the CDN is caching outdated content, which may cause conflicts with the updated content on your website. In this case, you can try clearing the cache on your CDN to ensure that it’s serving the latest version of your website.
Another possibility is that the CDN is not properly configured or optimized for your website. You can reach out to your CDN provider’s support team for assistance in optimizing your CDN configuration.
Additionally, it’s important to ensure that your website is properly optimized for speed and performance, including optimizing images, minimizing code, and reducing the number of external requests. By doing so, you can ensure that your website remains fast and accessible, regardless of whether you’re using a CDN or not.
Best Regards,
