Products Elementor Theme Widget is broken

    We’ve discovered that the Products Elementor Theme Widget breaks when we add a product that has a lot of variations.

    To re-produce this issue, we’ve linked a product that is in draft mode in the private content area. Once you publish that product, you will see the homepage is no longer rendering.

    On the shop page on the other hand, the product shows up fine without any problems so this shows that the issue is with the Products Elementor widget.

    Hello,

    Keep the variation swatches disabled for the grid https://prnt.sc/nfsmgzEEtEcf and check the Product element after that. Do you still have the mentioned issue? If yes, then provide us with link to page where you added that element and got the issue.

    Hey Olga.

    We can see the product now appearing on the homepage, but does this mean that we can’t use the swatches option when using the products grid from the theme? Why is that? And will it be fixed? It’s not a good thing that the homepage might break by activating an option included in the theme. Please let us know.

    Hello,

    Point is that if you have a lot of product variations and want to display them all on the product grid it requires a lot of memory because of the large number of attibute combinations. Your site gets a PHP Memory limit error (check the server error logs and you’ll see).
    So, I would recommend you to keep the variation swatches option disabled on grid or increase the memory limit to avoid the memory limit error.
