I am having some issues with layout on home page.
I have attached an image showing what it used to look like before a distant update.
Ive just updated again and it doesn’t appear to be showing on mobile either.

here is an image of how the mobile view should appear
Hello Storee,
We appreciate your prompt response.
Here is an example of how the background color for a column can be changed – https://gyazo.com/b0e8a09d1deee0008e810342b9f9051d or for inner sections – https://gyazo.com/db6cf31ea2de5310a3045b9a9c3dedc2

Hi rose, thanks for that.
However the whole section is missing from mobile view , even the text and buttons aren’t showing .
I also pointed out that the coloums are now different heights.
They are all set to 40, but don’t stay the same size on desktop
Dear @Storee Team,
We have noticed that a specific section on your mobile site has been hidden, as evidenced by the screenshot available here: https://prnt.sc/vx5FtYxeIdRv.
Could you kindly disable the hiding feature for this section and verify its visibility once again?
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I tried this and unfortunately it doest work. Previously there was an image behind (not a color) .
Actually it was the same background as on the demo theme, I only changed the image infront of it.
Please see screenshots, this is how the theme used to appear, its using the same background image as the demo theme.
This fixed the mobile hiding issue. Thank you.
Glad to hear everything is working fine now.
If you need anything else, please let us know.

see messages above with screenshots
Replied to this and it was closed off without reply.
this also was not resolved
Like this it should look, this is how the default them was. Instead of an image of a cat or dog, it is not a graphic in stead, but the background IMAGE has vanished.
It should look like this image attached. Background IMAGE, with image on top. Not background color behind image
:
When set to max height 40, it doesnt reflect correctly on desktop site
alos here yo can see on elementor when set to 40px height they dont all appear the same
just return the whole section to how it is with the default theme, that’s how it was before, no layout setting where changed, just the image ant text. SO you should be abled tp provide the code for the optional layout as per the theme, and ego by the screenshots to see how its supposed too be laid out. Elementor is so glitchy with this them, you open the page wait 10 mins and it still freezes 50% of the time.
Ive attached two more images, this is how it appears on tablet view in landscape and portrait, they both appear differently but both alos incorrect.
The text, and buttons are not aligned, and the maximum height is different on column.

It has dissapeared from mobile view again, I just checked and set to be visible on mobile (as per screenshot)
Hi, last message is resolved now, it appears that certain section just keep changing setting when I make changes to other areas.
Mobile View is showing again.
But the layout issues mentioned are still outstanding.
Thanks
