On the homepage under ‘this month’s best sellers’, an orange spot has appeared on the photos saying ‘hot’ since update of the Theme & WC. How can I remove this, or at least change the colour of the spot?
Also, in the individual categories, when you use the pagination it displays the bottom of the page instead of the top. When you click for example ‘page 2’, it loads first at the bottom of the page so users have to scroll to the top each time they move on to a new page. How do I change this so the page loads from the top?
Hello,
Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Product badges
https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/xstore-badges-on-products/
Activate “Scroll To Top After Ajax Product Filters” in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page Filters
Regards
Hi,
The Ajax Product Filter ‘scroll to top’ was already activated, but it is still loading from the bottom. In ‘admin’ it loads correctly from the top, but the live site loads from the bottom.
For the ‘hot’ label, I read the article but do not understand what it means by ‘Show the “Hot” label on featured products you may set from the admin dashboard.’ I cannot see any options for this in admin dashboard.
I do not have the plugin mentioned so please can you explain where I go to remove this label. Thanks, Debbie
Hello,
About the label, Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Product badges > Enable “Hot” Label > Off, just disable this option to remove the label.
About the scroll, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can tale a closer look.
Regards
Hi,
Okay thanks, hot label is now removed.
I attach wp-admin/ftp details.
Debbie
Hello,
Please clear cache and check now.
We’ve disabled WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination
plugin and activated Ajax Product Pagination via Theme Options

Hi,
That’s better. Thanks, Debbie
