Hover color feature not working properly

Hello, I have a question in regards to the hover feature. On my Help Center page, the hover is not displaying the colors that I have selected in the edit builder. I attached two screenshots for reference. Please can you tell me how to fix this?

Please ensure that you access your site using a freshly opened browser after making these changes. This will help us determine if the issue persists without the influence of cached data.

If you can see the changes in the Customizer but not on the page front, it is likely a cache issue. If it is functioning correctly in the Customizer, it should also be functioning on the front end.
