Hover image isnt working. - by Krishna - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi,

    I’ve updated woocommerce plugin in my WP, but now the automatic image hover effect isnt working. I’m having to manually set the hover image for each product. Could you please take a look at the problem?
    I’m giving the wp login & cpanel credentials for the purpose.

    Hello,

    You should set the hover image for product in product setting->custom setting.http://prntscr.com/a6tyto

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply. Do I have to manually set the hover image for all the products? If I remember correctly the hover image(usually the second image in the product gallery) was automatically detected and applied, previous to the update. Can you restore that option ? as it would be really a tiring process to set the hover image for every product in my shop.

    Hello,

    Yes, you need upload hover image for each product manually. Previously there were no such options to detect hover image automatically.
