How can I add the featuring products on my website

I would like to add the featuring product (the one I add a star to them). What block should I add to get those?

Thanks but we wanted to add them in my home page. I have activated them in my products but I want to show 4 of my favourites products n my home page. Thanks to help me how to do that.
