How can I change billing details and variable option.

1.Hi dear, How can I change billing details. I don’t need all fields. I need these field.

Full Name, Phone, Address, District
2. In product variable i want always auto select 1st option. if any need to change it they need to select others option.

for example: if you have 4 variation like 1kg, 2kg, 3kg,4kg, 5kg for weigh also select 1kg in dropdown. I mean that for first attribute value

1/ Please check available settings in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Checkout.
If this is not what you are looking for, we would recommend you contact WooCommerce plugin support – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

2. Regarding setting the default selection for the first option in product variations, it can be done manually via product settings https://prnt.sc/s7KPuj_0i75x
