Hello, @karawhereibelong,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
In order to resolve your issue, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization and set Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources to Off. After that, please clear the cache of your browser and check the Footer.
If this doesn’t help, please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.
Kind Regards,

I am not able to edit both social icons setting
One on footer and other in side menu.
Hello @karawhereibelong,
1. To edit the social icons in the footer, please navigate to the WordPress Dashboard and select the Static Blocks option. You will find the footer static block there, and within it, the social links element. Please edit the settings as per your requirements, and refer to the screenshot provided for further guidance: https://postimg.cc/Sn91Bcx7
2. In order to modify the settings of the social icons in the Menu on mobile, please navigate to Xstore >> Theme Options >> Header Builder >> Socials, as illustrated in the screenshot below:
We hope this information is helpful.
Best Regards,
