I created a 404 page with Revolution Slider, how can I set it as the 404 page, the theme uses its own 404 page which cannot be edited in the pages section of the wp-admin.

Hi, you applied the change to the old 404 page (404-2).

The 404 page I would like it applied to is the 404 page that is automatically applied with the theme.

    https://staging17.ugmp.co.uk/404

Please bear in mind this is the staging site, when I see the changes applied I will check it and ask you to apply it to my non staging site please.

I am going to update the original website now, and see if there is any plugin issues or not.

Hello, your css code change works well but I can still see we space above and behind the revolution slider on the 404 page, and a navigation menu Links.

I would like the 404 page to only show the revolution. slider as the whole page.

    Thanks

    Hello, @Mr.Auxins,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Please be informed that Tony Rodriguez is currently on leave. I would like to offer my assistance in his stead.

Currently, we are unable to view the slider on the 404 page of your staging site. Could you please provide us with the link to the page containing the slider to which you are referring?

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this matter promptly.

If you can’t access it via the 404 link due to Rodriguez making edits, then access it through YOUR Xstore builder plugin on the wp-admin…. Do you need guidance Rose?

Soon I’ll be erasing the staging site and creating a new one from the live one again, so many edits have made the staging look messy. Will DM

    Hello, @Mr.Auxins,

We wish to bring to your attention that we are currently unable to access the 404 page editor on your website. It appears that the PRO Elements plugin, which is essential for this functionality, is not installed. We kindly ask that you verify this on your end.

For your convenience, we have recorded a video to demonstrate the issue https://we.tl/t-fniMAZprbl . Could you please confirm whether the plugin was removed by you or someone else managing the site?
Additionally, we seek your permission to install the necessary plugin on your site.

We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

“…. Do you need guidance Rose?” – yes, please record a video, of how you do this on the staging site without PRO Elements plugin activated.

    Kind regards,

You’ll need to ask your colleague as he was the one that was experienced enough to do it. I DONT touch the staging site…. creating an updated one now.

    Hello, @Terpsauce,

    Thank you for your response.

We can not access your site, https://imgur.com/JXjz1SV -Please provide valid/working admin login access in private content area so that we can take a closer look at your settings and assist you accordingly.

The default 404 page typically comes from WordPress itself. When a page is not found, WordPress generates a standard 404 error page.

2/ To customize the page, please navigate to Theme Options, then select the 404 page, and proceed to insert your desired content into the Text tab. You have the option to use either HTML or a shortcode for a static block.

    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/editing-404-page-content/

Alternatively, you may consider utilizing our new builder, which can be found at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/documentation/xstore-builders/xstore-error-404-page-builder-with-elementor/

We hope this information is helpful.
