How can I change the English text on the Product page, Quick view window, Shopping Cart, Checkout page, Order status page?

What is your language? It looks like the names of the translation files are incorrect.
Please provide temporary wp-admin access. To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

1/ We’ve renamed and synchronized translations. Please find and translate desired strings now.

2/ The next custom CSS code can be used:
```
.et_b_header-menu .secondary-menu-wrapper .menu>li>a {
    padding-top: 5px;
    padding-bottom: 5px;
}
```
3/ It seems to be solved now.
