How can i create a transparent header so i can see a principal picture on my website?

hello can i make it transparent so the menu, logo etc; can be above the picture? all devices. computer, mobile phone and ipad

i want to see my logo here. also sticky header but how can I put the transparent main header there?

I was satill trying to do it but it doesnt appear in the video how to put in the principal page the transparent main header
