How can i customize the look of related product tab

how can i customize the look of related product tab i dont like how it looks like there is no lines limit it display brand name it looks like its not from the same website

in this example https://maxf.neykomedia.com/produit/pc-portable/pc-portables-professionnels/hp-probook-450-g8-i7-1165g7-8go-512go-ssd-156-full-hd-2x7x3eabh4/ the related products displayed are : PC Portables Professionnels , PC Portables Gamer … and the actual product category is PC Portables Professionnels so i want the related product to only display the product that are exactly the same category not all the product from the parent category
