How can I decide the crop position of my products catalogue for my thumbnails?

How can I decide the crop position of my products catalogue for my thumbnails?
I have a shop and I would like for the thumbnail to crop it a certain way or to zoom the picture a bit. How can I do that only for the thumbnail?
