How can I display linked products in the sidebar?

Rather than at the bottom below the Description tab(s) I would like to display the linked products in the sidebar of the single product page (below the Shop Secure certification). See https://contessaboutique.com/shop/green/ladies-green-beaded-handbag-in-fortune-cookie-shape-green-tapestry/ for example of a single product on my site. I tried adding [related_products per_page=”4″] to the Single product sidebar, but nothing appears, and I do have up-sell and cross-sell in stock products set up.

Hello,

Could you please allow access to your site for us as we’re getting an error “Your access to this site has been limited”?
Do you want to show upsell products in the tab for product description?
You need use this shortcode [etheme_related_products per_page="4"]

Thank you Eva. There should not be any limitations on site access. You can see the area where I’d like to display linked products by going to https://contessaboutique.com/product-category/handbags/, click any handbag. I’d like to display linked products below the Secured by GeoTrust graphic which is in a sidebar. I don’t want to show upsell products in the Product Description tab.

I tried to use shortcode [etheme_related_products per_page=”4″] in the sidebar, but I saw literally “[etheme_related_products per_page=”4″]” appear.

Hello,

Sorry, but we’re still getting an error:
“Your access to this site has been limited”.
Please deactivate 3rd-party plugins concerning maintenance mode. Are there any restrictions on your host?

Could you please show a screenshot where you wan to display the products?

Hello,

As I see linked products are shown on a single product page under the title “You may also like…”. Unfortunately they can’t be moved under the graphic “Secured by GeoTrust”. Sorry.

You can enable related products in Blanco – Theme Settings > Single Product Page > tick “Enable Related Products on Product Page”.
