How can i edit in excel the quantity discount roles

hey.
i want to use excel to make quantity discounts with ur feuture. i have 4000+ items i cant make it one by one from wordpress interface.

i made few discounts then export all the products to excel and its shows me that there is a quantity discount but i cant choose which one i want.
example:
custom | percentage | steps but i cant choose if u buy 20 u get 4% and etc . so i can edit all the products dicsounts right in the excel.
