How can I fix cart icon missing problem ?

    Hello,

    I updated your theme and woocommerce and now cart icon has disappeared.
    How can I fix it?

    Hello,

    Do you use Header Footer Elementor plugin there? Try to contact support of the plugin first.
    If assistance is needed from our side provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

    Hello again,
    Yes. I use Elementor header and footer builder.
    I tried to contact the support but they don’t reply.
    I will give you already temp wp-admin and FTP access. I need to hurry to fix it.
    I hope you will find the solution!!!
    By the way, main language of my WordPress is japanese. Is this pb for you?
    I don’t want to change it.

    I see the icon when I’m logged in https://prnt.sc/26fo58x
    So, probably it’s some kind of cache issue. Do you have any server cache or CDN?

    My client control the web server so I don’t know they have it or not.

    And what do you mean “when I’m logged in” ?
    You mean logged in the wordpress of this site? I do that too but I don’t see the icon…..

    Hello,

    Contact your hosting provider and ask if they have any server cache or CDN.

    Hi Olga,

    My client asked their hosting OVH about server cache or CDN and they said CDN option is OFF on our server.
    I really need to fix it now… please please help me!

    Hello,

    Seems that Elementor Header & Footer Builder does not support the Improved CSS Loading option of the Elementor. So, I disabled that option. Check now, please.
