How can i live paste and copy the widget?

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with adding a heading over an image on my website. After editing the heading, it disappeared, even though I’m certain I didn’t delete it.

Currently, I’m trying to add the same heading by copying it from the widgets. However, when I attempt to copy and paste, the website either creates a new column or does not respond at all. Additionally, when I create a new column and try to use the live paste function, the system indicates that I haven’t copied anything, despite having live copied the heading from another part of the website.

Could you please assist me with this? Specifically, I need guidance on how to properly copy a heading and paste it over an image.

Hello,

Please see our access account details in the private content area below. We have already imported the template to the website and are trying to add the heading. The heading and buttons were there before, but after I changed the content and clicked publish, it disappeared. Now, I am trying to add the same heading and buttons back to the landing page.

Please see heading and buttons circled in red in attached photos .

As you mentioned, could the heading have disappeared due to some technical issues? If so, how can I add the heading back?

And I downloaded the certain element, how do I import and how to use it?

Right now when I try to edit the content, heading and the buttons with elementor, all the heading, buttons gone again.
