How can I localize and translate the strings mentioned in the XStore theme using WPML?

I’m trying to translate several translation strings into Spanish on my website https://dev.koloreko.com, which uses the XStore theme.
I am following the theme documentation to perform the translations with WPML.

I am unable to locate the translation strings for items such as ‘Related Products’, ‘Select options’, ‘Billing Details’, ‘Your order’, and ‘Ship to a different address?’.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

But something had to be wrong in the configuration, because before I did not find any of these strings, right?
Have you made any modification?
