How can I make some product images like this? hover effect on the home page

like you can see the + button and when I am hovering on it the product is showing how can I do that of my own

To achieve a similar feature on your own, you would typically need to use the Hotspot element on pages. More examples: https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/hotspot-element/

Please note that this effect is only available through the standalone Hotspot element and, unfortunately, is not currently supported for product elements.
