How can i make the post title to center?

How can i make the post title to center? also the date, post by, and i want to hide the comment section to show on post.

1/ To off the hover effects while hover over the image in every post, Please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Blog > Blog Layout > Posts design > Image hover effect > Select none and publish it.

2/ We have added custom CSS code to hide the comment on posts, XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS.
