How can I move shipping methods in front of billing/shipping adress on checkout?

Since chosen shipping method hugely affect fields intended to be filled by customers (one method is standard WC, other added with plugin) how can I move Shipping method to top instead of billing details or, at least, shipping details. Much appreciate your help!
