Hello,
How can I postpone the ‘admin-ajax’ loading of the Wishlist plugin? After checking the server I have detected that this plugin is overloading, which is leading to 503 errors and a bad user experience.
PS. I would like to keep the plugin.
Thanks.
Hello,
Update the theme and Core plugin to latest versions, then try to activate our Wishlist via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Built-in Wishlist and disable the Wishlist plugin. Clear cache and check the result.
Regards
Thank you, we make the changes and try again.
On the other hand, why doesn’t it let me add products to the cart in the mobile version?
If I click on ‘Apply to all’ I get that message (image). If I click on it individually, it takes me back to the product.
Hello,
Thanks for the reply.
Please provide URL of the product and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
Regards
OK, before we proceed with that, one last question.
How can I set FAVOURITES to include it before the brand (image)? Because now it breaks the image and I want to put it there (the theme has no options).
Activate Single Product Builder via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Create the layout of product page from scratch by adding sections and elements inside.
Regards
I keep getting 503 errors on the website despite activating the Wishlist of the theme. The hosting server resources are excellent.
How do I know if a plugin or theme is giving me problems, as I can’t disable everything.
Hello,
1/ You can check server error log.
2/ You can check WooCommerce > Status > Logs
3/ Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction and what needs to be fixed.
After that provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
4/ Please contact your hosting provider support to check if there are any issues on a server.
Regards
I have been analysing 503 errors. It seems that the overloading of ‘admin-ajax’ is caused by the Wishlist of the theme I have activated (image 1).
So, as a solution, how could I keep the wislisth on the individual product page but not on the thumbnail of the products it displays in each category? As this causes too many requests to appear (image 2).
Thank you.
Hello,
Please provide URL of your site, temporary wp-admin, and FTP access.
wp-admin access: Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
ftp access: If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
Regards
Please tell me from which country you are accessing so that I can allow you access to the server. Thank you.
Unblock it for Ukraine, please.
Regards
You can now access it from Ukraine.
What is the solution to this? Thank you.
What about FTP access (FTP Host, FTP username, FTP pass, and FTP port)?
Regards
Can’t you configure it from wordpress? Since the last time I configured the FTP user I couldn’t log in.
What do you need to see?
Hello,
In the Shop sidebar widget area keep Show numbers of products option disabled for the Product Status filter widget because it uses a lot of server resources and if your server is not very fast it causes the issue.
Memory limits -> https://prnt.sc/OEvX37-xF1qr because of https://prnt.sc/MF-mPXHqs_uy (Products per page ALL) + https://prnt.sc/GVeGKm7tZGAQ (Show numbers of products in 8theme Product status filters widget)
We enabled a few options in Theme Settings -> Speed Optimization section
Also, we would recommend you to increase next values
– PHP time limit is set to 300, which should be increased to at least 600.
– PHP memory limit is set to 256M, which should be increased to at least 512M.
– PHP post max size is set to 128M, which should be increased to at least 256M.
Regards
I have already made the changes you have told me and I am still getting 503 errors. In fact, the pages load quite slowly.
How could I remove the Wishlist icon (and functionality) from each category page thumbnail? I would like to leave it only on products as I have indicated above.
Thank you.
Hello,
The HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) 503 Service Unavailable server error response code indicates that the server is not ready to handle the request.
Common causes are a server that is down for maintenance or that is overloaded.
Please read this article: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Status/503#:~:text=The%20HyperText%20Transfer%20Protocol%20(HTTP,maintenance%20or%20that%20is%20overloaded.
Contact your hosting provider and ask about assistance from their side.
“How could I remove the Wishlist icon (and functionality) from each category page thumbnail? I would like to leave it only on products as I have indicated above.” – it requests additional customization in files, provide us with FTP access, and we will check what can be done to help you.
We need FTP access.
Regards
But the problem with server overload is that some of the theme’s functionality generates excessive requests, not something I developed.
How can I request such customisation?
On the other hand, in the category pages, if I indicate that there is a limit of products (e.g. 12), how can I change the structure of http://www.dominio.com/category/page/2/ by http://www.dominio.com/category/?page=2, as this affects the SEO.
Thank you.
1/ Please contact your hosting provider and ask for assistance.
2/ Provide us with FTP access.
ftp access: If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

I have already contacted the support of my hosting provider, and the problem comes from the admin-ajax requests as I told you before.
If you check the code in the ‘element inspector’ you can see the excessive load to resolve the admin ajax requests. The server is optimised.
can I give you access to wordpress instead of FTP (as this sometimes gives problems).
Hello,
About why our dev team needs FTP access, you should understand that any extra comma that could be added by chance (due to person’s factor) could create the Fatal error on your site if we make such implementations for you from admin dashboard.
There will be no way to remove that comma if fatal error will be shown (admin dashboard will be locked). If you are ok with that then we will work via admin but in case any Fatal error will be shown we will write you and you will have to contact your hosting provider (while your site will be down) to make latest backup of your web-site or anyway provide us FTP access to fix it in the files we worked before.
Please, we want to help you but without critical errors for your web-site. Provide us an answer if you will ask your hosting provider to give us FTP access or we should start coding with admin access until first Fatal/Critical error ?
Regards
I have created the FTP access.
Please check that you can access it. This is the test site (clone) so it can be played.
Regarding the URL change mentioned above, is it possible?
Thank you.
Please check FTP credentials
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server
“Regarding the URL change mentioned above, is it possible?” – what do you mean?
Regards
Can you send me the access IP to check that it is not blocked on the server?
Regarding the URL, on the category pages, if I indicate that there is a limit of products (for example 12), it shows me the following URL structure for the pages: http://www.dominio.com/category/page/2/ how can I change it by parameters such as http://www.dominio.com/category/?page=2, to improve my SEO.
Can you send me the access IP to check that it is not blocked on the server?

Hello,
https://prnt.sc/1f8aODkD07_1 – we disabled plugin
Theme Settings -> Speed optimization -> Wishlist For Variation Products – disabled option
Please, check now.
“Regarding the URL, on the category pages, if I indicate that there is a limit of products (for example 12), it shows me the following URL structure for the pages: http://www.dominio.com/category/page/2/ how can I change it by parameters such as http://www.dominio.com/category/?page=2, to improve my SEO.” => You may check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme StoreFront -> Products https://themes.woocommerce.com/storefront/shop/page/3/ and according to the fact it is the same you should ask about this WooCommerce support -https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ or https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues

Thanks for your help!
