How can I restore my content to a specific date

I use a child theme and my shop page doesn’t work well, it doesn’t show all my products, it shows nothing. I want to restore it to Sunday Morning between 7am and 9am.
Pls, it’s important !!!

It didn’t work properly because in my woocommerce settings I didn’t define a shop page as a page that contains all products. I configured it without knowing.
