2/ Regarding the issue with your site backup, we kindly suggest reaching out to your hosting provider for assistance. They are best equipped to resolve this matter efficiently.

3/ Regarding the problem on the shop page, Activate a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront, to help isolate the problem. This can be done by navigating to ‘Appearance’ > ‘Themes’ within your WordPress dashboard.

Once the default theme is activated, please monitor your site for the issue in question.
