How can I update individual thumbnails for the Shop/Home page?

I changed the ratio from 1:1 to 1300:1000 on most of my images to ensure consistency. While the images have been updated, the thumbnails have not.

For example, the Shop shows this image:
https://safedesires.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/20240226_134234-scaled-1-300×300.jpg
for
https://safedesires.com/product/lace-thigh-high-fishnet-stockings/

The current Featured Image is https://safedesires.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/sdh3546-1.jpg

So, I need the thumbnail for the featured image to match the ratio of the actual image.
