How can we add the feature where someone scrolls and the images is moving in the background?

Hello,

sorry we are not sure what this feature is called, but its when you scroll down and the image is moving in the background and shows “more image” etc. and moves as you are scrolling.

we have added a domain on the PCA; towards the end of the website, as you are scrolling, you will see the image of a lady on the computer and the image moves while scrolling.

is there anyway to replicate this and what is the name of this feature?
