How do I add custom product attributes to my product page?

I want to add “color” and “format/size” in section 3 (just below the product title) on my product page.

I’ve set up some values for these product_attributes already and I checked the “Show on product page” option. However it’s not showing.
I also checked the Single Product Builder for this, but it doesn’t have the option to add this.

How can I add this
