Please tell me how to change the “sale” icon color? Right now I am just working with your demo products and I am not even sure how this icon is being assigned or added to the product. Is there a “new” icon also, and if so how does it get activated when a new product is entered? I want to change my icons to #ff0d5f

My arrows for the slider have changed to boxes and I am not sure why?

You sent me documentation on the video layers for Slider Rev on mobile devices and I understand that mobile devices will not auto play but do you know how to get the mobile site video to manually play? That was not included with the link you sent me. Can a play button be added or is there another way?

I am unable to see “preview” when I select it in Slider Revolution. I get the following message: Not Acceptable!

An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.

I see there is a theme update but I am not sure if I will lose any of my modifications that I made to the theme if I do the update.

In the footer area, all the “useful links” link right back to the home page when selected. How do I link them to the proper pages?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    1) You can use Inspector of elements (Chrome built in tool) to find out what you should change. Then copy only the necessary part of code!!! and add in custom css to override existing styles http://prntscr.com/bmh6vt
    In your case it’s

    .onsale { background: #ff0d5f;}
    We don’t have New icon.

    2) Don’t see the problem with slider arrows. Have you sorted out?

    3) How to create such button
http://prntscr.com/bmh9pu you can find here https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/video-layers/

Seems Revolution Slider problem is related to your hosting settings. Contact your hosting provider to solve the problem.

    4) Go to Appearance > Widgets > edit useful links html code to change links http://prntscr.com/bmhaz9

    Regards

Actually I should say, I am sure that inspector of elements is a no-brainer to those that are html literate but wow, thank you because I didn’t realize you could actually click on something specific on the screen and it would take you directly to the code section.

My next question is if I make changes in the css, what happens if I do an update to your theme? Will an update override all my changes?

To avoid problems with theme update use child theme https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
We included child theme archive in theme package.

If you need only css changes you may also use Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS . Then you also won’t lose changes after theme update.

Before theme update 1) backup your files 2) deactivate all the included plugins. Also don’t forget to update XStore core plugin after every theme update. Latest version of plugin you can find here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

    Regards
