How do I change the text “There are no shipping options…

Hi,

I’d like to be able to change the checkout text, “There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.” to “Please contact Brian Halton (+44 1924840687) for a shipping quote and to complete your order.”

I tried the plugin Shipping Notices but it didn’t change the text, I’m assuming xstore uses a different checkout template?

Is this something you can advise on please?
