How do I get a refund? I installed this and already there are two bugs. I have no time for this.

I want a refund. I uploaded custom fonts. They are not accessible by drop down. The customizer panel does not even work all of the time. Out of the box, this does not work. I am not paying for bugs and I will dispute this charge on my credit card bill. I just cannot use anymore garbage apps that are too buggy to work. How do you even have a business? None of this crap works. I am an advanced wordpress user. I have no time for your glitches anymore. Moving on from WordPress. It SUCKS. REFUND ME OR GET SUED. I AM DISPUTING THE CHARGE SINCE YOUR PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL AND I HAVE NO TIME TO WAIT FOR INEVITABLY USELESS SUPPORT. Plus, your demo spams the WordPress install with all sorts of garbage. I deleted it and do not use that.

SEE my screenshots showing no fonts uploading. No, i am not loading all 4 types. It is not necessary to have them populate. TTF should suffice. Further, the panel sometimes is simply unresponsive. As in I click on it and nothing happens. NO time for garbage!

REFUND ME NOW OR ELSE GET SUED AND DISPUTED. NOT INTERESTED IN TECH SUPPORT, JUST ISSUE A REFUND OR I AM NOT PAYING!
