How do I update to the new template version?

I see that you have a new theme update. I know this sounds crazy, but how would I update that theme? Do I just upload it like a new theme? I don’t want to loose all of my prior settings. I can’t see in the package instructs TXT files anything about this. Thanks

Also do you have a change log for this latest version ?
