Hello Nirmalya,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with the URL.
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team

Now I tried to show that. I gave an image and if you can please show me how to upload that image in that section
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We have tested uploading the SVG icon, and everything appears to be working correctly on our end. Please see the screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/t9rlTt0DfBRy.
Based on our observations, the issue does not seem to be related to the theme, and the same result is likely to occur regardless of the theme used. While we are not entirely certain about the root cause of the problem, we recommend preparing and using alternative icons as a solution.
Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team

Dear @Nirmalya,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please note that your request falls outside the scope of our theme support. The file types supported for upload in the WordPress media library are generally determined by WordPress itself, as outlined in the official documentation: https://codex.wordpress.org/Uploading_Files.
To extend or modify the allowed file types, you may consider using third-party plugins or custom code snippets (https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/67225/allow-all-file-types-for-upload). Unfortunately, as our support is limited to issues directly related to our themes, we are unable to assist with general WordPress configurations or third-party plugins.
Note: WP does not allow some file types uploads, and you should get the error on uploading them. Preventing such uploads is a security feature.
We appreciate your understanding.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
