1/ In order to disable lazy loading, please edit the page using Elementor, click on an element to open its settings, and disable lazy loading (for example, see the screenshot provided: https://prnt.sc/DgbhMi3-R63D).

2/ Could you record a video of “the cockies popup show every time i join to the website” ?
