    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please read this article – https://woocommerce.com/document/permalinks/

To achieve the desired URL structure for your website, you will need to make adjustments to your permalink settings and ensure that your WordPress setup is configured correctly. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you resolve the issue:

    1. **Update Permalink Settings**:
    – Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
    – Navigate to **Settings > Permalinks**.
    – Choose the “Custom Structure” option and set it to:
    /shop/%product_cat%/%postname%/
    – Save the changes.

    2. **Ensure Proper Category Hierarchy**:
    – Make sure that your product categories are properly assigned.

    3. **Flush Rewrite Rules**:
    – After updating the permalink settings, WordPress will automatically flush the rewrite rules. However, if the issue persists, you can manually flush them by going to **Settings > Permalinks** and clicking “Save Changes” again without making any modifications.

    4. **Check for Conflicts**:
    – If the /shop/bracelets/ page is still showing a 404 error, it could be due to a conflict with existing pages or custom slugs. Ensure that there isn’t a page or post with the same slug (bracelets) that might be causing the conflict.

    5. **Regenerate Product Permalinks**:
    – If the issue persists, you can use a plugin like **”Regenerate Product Permalinks”** to refresh the permalinks for all your products and categories.

    6. **Clear Cache**:
    – If you are using a caching plugin or a CDN, clear the cache to ensure the changes are reflected on the front end.

If you have already attempted these steps and the issue still exists, please contact support of Woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

We hope this helps! Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
