How make a sign form for restock a items

Hello,

I want to make a form when click in any variation in product. For expample: size 46, to popup a form for Sign when restock.

For example I will give you any product:

I Want to make this to the size 54.

How I can make this?

Kindly proceed to download the theme and Core plugin using the following link: https://we.tl/t-LeLvrYhguY

You will find the necessary settings under “Theme Options” then navigate to “WooCommerce” and select “Waitlist.” Additionally, you can access settings via “Theme Options” followed by “Header Builder” and then “Waitlist.”
