Not able to achieve mobile button navigation for mobile users please guide us how to achieve the same.

Used Xstroe theme only while creating thelogosbooks.com byy me only but it gives a nice mobile button navigation in the bottom to mobile users giving it an app like look you can check attached screenshot need to achieve the same in this website as well but not able to locate the options
