I just bought the theme and wanted to know how to activate the woozone plugin inside xstore?

Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that.
Provide temporary FTP access also. One of our technicians will check your issue more deeply after the weekend.

Yes, I can see, but we need FTP access also – FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP. If you don’t know what the FTP is then you need to contact your hosting provider. Hosting support knows.

I checked the WooZone plugin dashboard and it’s activated. Could you, please, provide us with the screenshot of the error that you have because the previous one does not exist?
