How to add cookies warning when website opens?

    Hello,

    how can we activate or put the cookies settings on when someone visits the website?
    on other website, you may have noticed that when you go on the website – before you can view anything – it gives you cookies setting and what to choose etc.

    thanks for any insight you can provide on this!

    thanks!

    so to get the pop-up, we would have to use the plugin and it is not supported via x-store?
