How to add elements on the website, not sure the exact names

Hello,

we have added a domain on the PCA, and just need some help in order to find how how to add something similar etc.

we are using Elementor

1) when you hover over the blocks under the words “Your digital partner for Sustainability and Efficiency” they seem to move/show an animation. is there anyway to replicate this?

2) if you scroll a little more down, it shows the header “stay up to date” and has clickable links “insights, events, newsroom, blog, customer stories” and once you click them it opens up that specific link section on the same page.

we have seen this on some of the x-store demos, but not sure what they are called.
