How to add more details on the product blocks?

Hello,

We have added a domain on the PCA. If you scroll down and see the product badges (before they are clicked and go to the product page), the product preview I think thats what it would be called.

There is options of information on the section of the product such as features, prices, ready to ship notice, special offers and other details etc.

If we wish to make something similar, would it require 3rd party development?
