How to add specific products under single product reviews?

I reckon it’s simple enough to do, just can’t figure it out. What block do I need to place in the template so that the products specified here are displayed https://prnt.sc/jtlzNy4dHXgE under the section in the 1st image.

Or is there another way to display specific products?

Basically my question is : How can I display specific products below the single product page and how can I also display specific products on my cart page ?
