Hi support!
How do I make the system “auto crop” the thumbnail pics so they don’t look so uneven in the page listing?
Please take a look at the screenshot of the current page I uploaded here for you:

Hope you can help..
Thanks as always.
Hello,
You can set images sizes and enable cropping in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/woocommerce
Thank you.

Hi Eva,
Thank you. I did see that, and I had already set it to “hard crop” but it has no effect.
Do you want me to send you login so you can take a look?
Thanks.
Hello,
After the changes are saved you need regenerate thumbnails with the plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
Please try it.
Thank you.

I saw that already when I stalled the theme. These settings have been used since before I uploaded any products/pics, and even when I upload new products this is not taking effect. So something is not right.
Hello,
Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

Thank you – here it is.
Hello,
I’ve regenerated thumbnails with the plugin mentioned in the previous post.
Please clear your browser cache and check the images now.
Thank you.

It doesn’t work. I just tried uploading a new “dummy product” with vertical orientation, and it is not cropped. See link with that product in the private content box.
Hello,
Please add this code in custom.css file:
.product-content-image img {
height: 220px;
}
Thank you.

Awesome! That works 🙂
Thanks as always, Eva. You always come through.
