How to change blog category and news order

    While opening any blog for example https://familycare.pk/keeping-your-family-healthy-essential-electro-medical-devices-for-every-home/ how can I set the order of categories list and news below it as shown in the screenshot. I have checked and while editing using elementor, in post edit, it doesn’t show side menu. Kindly guide
