Navigate to: Xstore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS.

For Icons:
```
.etheme-elementor-nav-menu-item-icon svg {
    width: 20px !important;
}
```
For Images:
```
.etheme-elementor-nav-menu-item-icon img {
    max-width: 100% !important;
    max-height: unset !important;
}
```
