Hi 8theme crews. I’m a n00b, and I’m sure that you’re experts here and would help me. So, this is some of my question:
Really appreciate your help. Have browsed on Google, almost same keyword with my question, but it can’t be implemented in my back-end.
Many thanks.
Glh
Hello,
1. As I see lightbox window shows proper image:
http://storage3.static.itmages.com/i/15/0902/h_1441176583_7058976_961be029d8.png
Please provide us with a direct page link where you see the issue.
2. Please view a screesnhot http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/15/0902/h_1441176748_1605840_0166ec229d.png . Isn’t it a correct location that you wrote in the settings?
3. You have to edit header.php file in wp-content/themes/blanco directory. Please show a screenshot how exactly image should be displayed and provide us with FTP credentials and a link to the image.
4. Original image dimensions should be approximately 1000px × 1000px.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Hi Mr. Richard,
Thanks for the answer. Sorry, I got a treatment in hospital and just back today.
1. Ah, thank you. I tried to open the web through bigger monitor size, and it seems all is OK. I use notebook for my daily working.
2. No, this is not the correct location. Our warehouse should go to east a bit more. The latitude and longitude is -6.631188,110.734634.
If we type this coordinate on Google Map, it’ll show the exact location & address. We’ve filled the Address for google map text box in the Blanco options menu with the exact address as shown in Google Maps, but the result points to different location. We hope you could check it.
3. This is the screenshot of the images we would like to put to the login links area:
We’ve given you the credential of our wp-admin. We use a child theme, named as Blanco-child. You’ll find header.php there.
The img src comes from blanco/images/assets/facebook.png and the rest remain in the same location.
4. Thank you very much.
That’s all Mr. Richardson. We really appreciate your help. You’re an expert (y).
Sorry, this is the screenshot of the number #3.
Hello, nusamebel
Please provide us also with ftp credentials to your site if it is possible.
Regards
Brian Johnson
Hello Mr. Johnson,
We sure you could use this credential wisely. It’s located on the add-on domain. We hope the modified file will be stored in the child theme, to keep it runs when new update comes.
Many thanks,
Galih
Hello,
I’ve edited the file header.php in wp-content/themes/blanco-child directory, commented the code <?php get_template_part( 'et-links' ); ?>
to remove login links and added this code
<a href=""><img src="http://javateakindo.com/wp-content/themes/blanco/images/assets/facebook.png"></a> </div>
in line 104. You can add a link for the image in this code <a href="your_link_here">
.div#links .follow-us {
float: right !important;
width: 50px !important;
}
Please check your site now.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hello Ms. @eva
Thank you for your help. Very clear and resolve our problem. Actually, I modified the width for the .follow-us so we could put 3 buttons there.
Here, our problem has been resolved. I plan to change the credential that I’ve shared to you. Would back here if we found another problem.
Great theme with a great team supports.
Many thanks,
-Galih-
