How to change site title after insert the theme?

how to change the site title ? I already tried to change it on the setting/ appearance, but the title still remain the same “Xstore theme” name.

yes, there is something wrong with the login function as well. I login in the admin panel via host platform. could you help to check where to fix the login function first?
