How to change visible language in post crousal?

Hello,

I would like to share a problem in my website which I am facing that I have added a blog crousal in home page but the contant which is visible in dispaly is not in english or the language which i have used in my blog https://prnt.sc/qgly31E_TJ5q

and second thing is I made some changes in menu bar and try like I made menu bar color white, hover color red, menu text black, but the active menu is showing in white color (which is not visible due to white background color) nor hover color, niether, active color funtioning.
