I have all my sidebar filters hidden on mobile and availabe on click
    https://tomatshop.com/ustvarjanje-in-igra/igrace/lego-kocke/

But here they are shown before products on mobile
    https://tomatshop.com/pust/

It’s because I have this template custom made with elementor pro, because of special boxes.

Is there a way to make them as on other categories?

    Hello, Ziga32

There is no such possibility, unfortunately.

If you just want to add special boxes on category page, you can create a static block with the desired content, then add the shortcode of the block into the category description area, and then the content will be shown on the default category page.
    For example – https://prnt.sc/GQSzhZpM0zU9
