How to combine Newsletter with footer template?

I want to change my footer and merge it with a newsletter signup form.

How do I make the footer become one area with this form? (without white backgrounds)

I have a last problem. The menu in the footer have been in white before. Now there are only visible with mouse-over. How can I change this back to white font color?

Hello @Juergen,

Thank you for your response.

Please check not in the editor, but on frontend, the mentioned menu is white.

Theme Options > Footer > Styling > Text Color Scheme, but in the editor, this color is not applied, you need to check it on the frontend.
